A: Yes. As an authorised dealer of Arya Vaidya Sala Kottakkal in Chennai, we stock and dispense genuine “Kottakkal” medicines manufactured by the institution in Kerala. We ensure authenticity and quality for every product. 

A: Absolutely. Our clinic offers expert consultations by qualified Ayurvedic physicians (including Dr. Shamna Ramakrishnan and Dr. Adarsh Kumar). During the consultation we assess your constitution (prakṛti), current imbalance (vikṛti) and craft a tailored treatment plan including medicines, lifestyle and therapies. 

A: We provide a wide range of therapies for wellness, rejuvenation and disease-specific management: oil treatments (Abhyānga), therapeutic baths (Pizhichil), herbal bundle massages (Kizhi), detox programmes (Pañcākarmas) and more — all using Kottakkal-approved formulations and oils. 

A: Yes, you may buy over-the-counter Kottakkal wellness and beauty products without consultation. However, for classical Ayurvedic formulations and disease-specific medicines, we strongly recommend scheduling a consultation so we can guide correct usage, dose and duration. 

A: Our clinic is listed as an authorised dealer of Kottakkal Arya Vaidya Sala. We follow their guidelines for product supply and ensure the same standard of quality in medicines. We are independent in running the clinic, but our medicine supply is certified genuine.

A: In the rare event you experience any unexpected reaction, please stop using the medicine immediately and contact us. We will evaluate the situation, consult with our physician, and guide you on the next steps. Safety and patient-well-being are our top priorities.

A: Our clinic is NOT an in-patient hospital or branch of the main Arya Vaidya Sala hospital at Kottakkal. We are an independent Ayurvedic healthcare centre in Chennai that is an authorised dealer of Kottakkal medicines and offers consultation & therapy under qualified physicians in Ayurvedic system.
